To ensure you can take full advantage of Feedlio’s publishing capabilities, your Facebook account must be connected to a Facebook Page . While personal profiles are great for sharing with friends, Facebook’s professional tools—and by extension, Feedlio’s automation features—require the structure of a Page to manage content, analytics, and third-party integrations effectively.

Confirm that your Instagram is a Business Account

On Mobile (Android/iOS)

• Open the Facebook app and tap your profile icon (or the three horizontal lines) in the top right or bottom right corner to open the Menu.
• Look for a section labeled "Pages" (usually with a flag icon).
• Tap it to see a list of all the Pages you currently manage.
  • If you see your business or brand name here, you are ready to connect to Feedlio!
  • If the list is empty, you will need to tap "Create" to start a new Page.

On Desktop

• Go to facebook.com and look at the left-hand sidebar.
• Click on "Pages".
• Under "Pages You Manage" confirm that your intended Page is listed.

If you don’t currently have a Facebook Page, you’ll need to create one first to unlock Feedlio's full automation suite.

Adding Facebook to Feedlio

To link your Facebook account and begin managing your content, navigate to the Socials menu in the left-hand sidebar and click the "+ Add Social" button.

From the list of available platforms, select Facebook . This will initiate the secure connection process, where you can authorize Feedlio to access your Facebook Page.

The Connection Process

• Authorization: A Facebook pop-up will appear asking you to log in (if you aren't already) and "Continue as [Your Name]."
• Select Pages: You will be shown a list of all the Facebook Pages associated with your account. Select the specific Page(s) you want to manage through Feedlio.

Once you have authorized Feedlio via the Facebook pop-up, you will be automatically redirected back to your Feedlio dashboard. You will then see a list of all Facebook Pages associated with that specific Facebook account.

Select it, and you have now successfully added Facebook to Feedlio.
