Delivery Policy

Feedlio is an online software service. Everything you buy from us (a monthly or yearly plan, or AI credits) is delivered to your Feedlio account on the web. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

Your plan or credits are activated instantly after a successful payment, and you receive a confirmation email. You can start using the paid features right away at the same Feedlio account you paid from.

Payments through banks or mobile wallets can occasionally take a few minutes to confirm. If your plan or credits do not appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@feedlio.io with your account email and the payment date and amount. We will activate it or refund the payment.
