Terms and Condition

By using Feedlio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Feedlio provides tools to connect your social media accounts, schedule and publish posts, generate content using AI, and analyze engagement metrics from connected platforms.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Feedlio cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Feedlio customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit or debit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Feedlio with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Feedlio to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Feedlio will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Feedlio may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Feedlio until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, Feedlio reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

Feedlio, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Feedlio will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Feedlio provides refunds for your plan if canceled and requested within 48 hours of the invoice date. To request a refund:

• Include the email address associated with your Feedlio account in your request.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for any Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. This license includes allowing other users of the Service to access and use your Content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content or have the right to use and grant us the licenses in these Terms, and (ii) posting your Content through the Service does not violate any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or other rights of any person.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failing to do so is a breach of Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for protecting your password and any account activities or actions. Do not share your password with third parties. You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized account use.

Your username cannot be another person's name, a trademark without authorization, or content that is offensive, vulgar or obscene. You cannot use names that are subject to others' rights without appropriate permission.

By connecting your social accounts, you authorize Feedlio to access and manage posts, insights, and profile/page information as permitted by those platforms’ APIs. You can revoke access at any time.

You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload to Feedlio. We do not claim any rights to your intellectual property.

However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display content only as necessary to provide our services.

AI-generated content is created based on user-provided prompts and historical data. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

• Do not use Feedlio for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Do not use automated bots or scripts without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Feedlio is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including content loss, social media bans, or performance issues.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
