Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: Oct 24, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with feedlio.io (the "Service"), operated by iTech Soft Solutions. It is part of our Terms and Conditions. It applies to everything you create, upload, schedule or publish with Feedlio, including content made with our AI tools.
1. What Feedlio is for
Feedlio helps creators, businesses and agencies plan, create, schedule and publish content to their own social media accounts, and manage their brand presence. AI features assist with drafting captions, hashtags, campaigns, images and short media for that purpose.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use Feedlio, including its AI tools, to create, upload, store, schedule or publish:
- Sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, nudity, or any NSFW (not safe for work) material.
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors.
- Violent, hateful, harassing or threatening content, or content that promotes terrorism, self-harm or violence.
- Content that is illegal, or that promotes illegal goods, services or activities.
- Spam, scams, phishing, deceptive or misleading content, fake reviews or fake engagement.
- Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
3. Prohibited uses of AI features
- Deepfakes, face swaps, or images, video or audio that show or sound like a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent.
- Cloning or imitating a real person's voice, or impersonating any person, brand or organisation.
- Generating sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive images, video, audio or text.
- Generating misinformation, fake news, or content designed to mislead people about real events or people.
- Trying to bypass our safety filters or those of our AI providers.
Feedlio is not an "uncensored" or "unfiltered" generator. Our AI features are built on third-party models (including OpenAI and ElevenLabs) and use their content moderation. Feedlio is independent and not affiliated with those providers.
4. Platform rules
Content published through Feedlio must also follow the rules of each social network you publish to (for example Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X). You are responsible for what you publish from your connected accounts.
5. Account and system misuse
- Do not access other people's accounts or data without permission.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or use automated scripts except through our documented API and MCP server.
- Do not resell access to the Service without our approval.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy, without refund where the breach is serious. We may report illegal content to the authorities.
7. Reporting
To report misuse, email support@feedlio.io.
