Data Deletion

You can delete your Feedlio data at any time. Deletion is permanent and is completed within 30 days of your request.

Delete your Feedlio account

Signed in, go to Settings → Account and choose Delete Account, then confirm. As soon as you confirm:

you are signed out everywhere and can no longer log in;
all personal API and AI-connector (MCP) tokens are revoked;
the access tokens of every connected social account are deleted, so nothing scheduled will be published.

We then permanently erase your workspaces, posts, drafts and schedules, uploaded and generated media, connected social accounts, brands, AI content and conversations, analytics, notifications and your profile. Any active subscription is cancelled. Invoices and payment records that we must keep for tax and accounting purposes are retained with your personal details removed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@feedlio.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Disconnect a single social account

Disconnecting a social account in Socials deletes the access token we stored for it, together with the posts and analytics we kept for that account.

If you remove Feedlio from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings (Settings → Apps and Websites), Meta notifies us and we delete the matching connected accounts, their tokens and the data we obtained through them. Meta shows you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
