Your assistant picks the right tools from plain language. These prompts work well; adjust names and times to yours.

Getting started

• "List my Feedlio workspaces and tell me which accounts I can post to in each."
• "Make the Acme Bakery workspace my default."

Writing and scheduling

• "Write a LinkedIn post announcing our new pricing, keep it under 150 words, and schedule it for Tuesday at 9am Kuala Lumpur time."
• "Turn this blog post into an Instagram caption and a Bluesky post, and schedule both for Friday afternoon."
• "Post this image to Pinterest on the 'Feedlio demo' board with the title 'Write once, post everywhere' and a link to feedlio.io."
• "Publish this to Dev.to with the tags ai, webdev and saas, and the canonical URL of our blog post."

Media

• "Add this image to my media library: https://example.com/banner.png, then use it in a Facebook post."
• "I want to post a video from my laptop." (The assistant gives you a one-time upload link.)

Managing the calendar

• "What's scheduled for next week?"
• "Move Thursday's Facebook post to Friday at 3pm."

Planning a week

Tip: for anything important, ask the assistant to show you the text and time first, then say "schedule it".
